No Obligation Evaluation Meeting
After an initial contact, a no obligation evaluation meeting with you and key members of your team is booked, which can be held over the telephone, via Skype or face to face. During this first evaluation meeting, you get to explain about your business, your objectives and what strategic, marketing or PR support you need to achieve your business objectives. Then we discuss how Outsourcing B2B Marketing can help you in these areas with specific activities that we feel confident we can successfully deliver.
This initial evaluation meeting is followed up with a written proposal and quotation, then a phone call to answer any further questions and establish if you wish to proceed.
Having got agreement from you to proceed with a project, the next stage is to complete a detailed scoping exercise together. Before any work starts a written project scope is completed and signed off by the client team involved.
The project scope will include: key objectives; resources and information needed; an agreed budget for the work including any expenses; project timescales and key deadlines. With the project scope completed and agreed by both sides, then work can begin.
